Overview

Netflix is seeking an Account Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing Netflix Ads team, responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Sales Partner(s).

In Short

  • Lead campaign execution workflow for Netflix Ads.
  • Partner with clients and sales on RFP responses and media plans.
  • Host meetings to align on campaign performance.
  • Build media plans and contribute to campaign packaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creative asset production.
  • Oversee delivery performance and campaign optimization.
  • Provide clients with campaign performance reports.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and agency partners.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital media industry, focusing on video advertising.
  • Knowledge of Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven project management skills with multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors.
