Overview

The Rigging Lead is pivotal in overseeing the rig creation process, collaborating closely with the Rigging Supervisor and other Rigging Leads to standardize workflows and ensure high-quality results.

• Compensation range typically between $140k - $165k CAD.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience on feature films or animated features.
• Proficient in rigging with Maya.
• Tools development experience with PYQT and Maya API.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior artists.
• Experience managing different time zones.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide practical solutions.
