In Short

• Temporary remote role with a Monday - Friday day shift.
• Responsible for reconciliation of medical claims.
• Work with Third Party insurance bills (HMO, PPO, IPA, TPA Indemnity, Medicare).
• Focus on increasing cash and reducing bad debt.
• Appeals and denial management.
• Evaluate and respond to billing inquiries.
• Review various reports including aging.
• Data entry and insurance eligibility verification.
• Investigate denied services and take appropriate actions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in A/R, Billing, insurance or healthcare.
• Knowledge of coding systems; CPT, ICD-10.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Experience in medical billing and reimbursement.
