Overview

As a Senior Business Solutions Architect, you will lead the strategic design, integration, and lifecycle management of NeoGenomics’ enterprise platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and interoperable digital ecosystems.

• Remote position with Monday – Friday day shift.

• Oversee implementation of low/no-code tools for LIMS workflows.
• Create design guidelines to accelerate time-to-market.
• Enhance next-generation LIMS to improve laboratory workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• AWS or Azure Solutions Architect certification required.
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with visual workflow design tools.
• Experience with large-scale LIMS design and deployment.
• Strong experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience in data modeling and integration.
• Expertise in microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
