Senior Business and Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

A national bank, the 5th largest private bank in Brazil, is looking for a Senior Business and Solutions Architect to work collaboratively in agile structures to support the bank's objectives and strategies.

In Short

• Analyze and define core capabilities in line with the business area.
• Identify dependencies between initiatives and technical synergies.
• Build business and solution visions (Context and Container diagrams).
• Develop cloud and on-premises architecture solutions with the business and development team.
• Interface with Business/IT areas to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define development standards and propose components for the engineering team.
• Participate in project scope definition and integration proposals.
• Create architecture designs mapping non-functional requirements.
• Document proposed solutions and study new components for architecture.
• Contribute to developing new concepts and improving existing techniques.

Requirements

• Experience with architecture frameworks (BIAN, IASA, TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, CBAP, Bizbook).
• Knowledge of architecture documentation methods (Archimate, Bizzdesign).
• Familiarity with business management models (BSC, Canvas, SWOT, Ishikawa, BABOK).
• Agile methodologies experience.
• Understanding of Design Patterns, DDD, API Rest, ESB, and Cloud-Native Applications.
• Knowledge of Reactive Architecture (Responsive, Resilient, Elastic, and Message Driven).
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Service Mesh.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools/culture (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
