Overview

The People & Culture Coordinator supports employee engagement, operational efficiency, and the overall employee experience at HQ. This position coordinates logistics, budgeting, and hands-on support for onsite and offsite events, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.

In Short

  • Support engagement activities, training sessions, and corporate functions.
  • Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination and tracking of expenses.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for the People & Culture team.
  • Facilitate weekly new hire orientation sessions for both onsite and remote employees.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to People & Culture.
  • Assist with internal communications efforts, including video and photo shoots.
  • Provide general administrative support across various People & Culture systems.
  • Support employee file management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a People & Culture support role preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
