Overview

As a Product Manager, Generative AI, you will define, deliver, and continuously improve internal generative AI development and AI-driven diagnostic productivity tools, serving as the primary bridge between NeoGenomics’ medical experts and technical engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology.
• Experience with Digital Pathology, Radiology, or Laboratory Information Systems.
• Proven track record of launching workflow tools.
• Experience managing AI/ML products.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to software validation.
• Ability to define product KPIs using workflow data.
• Exhibit clinical empathy in tool design.
