Overview

As an Operations Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving cross-functional execution and operational excellence within a fast-paced oncology diagnostics environment.

• Manage the success of projects and programs impacting business strategy.

• Support clinical testing and laboratory throughput.
• Drive product launches and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in life, physical, or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in lab operations/pathology.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
