Overview

The Manager, Partner Program and Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic design, execution, and monitoring of Neo4j’s partner program and enablement, ensuring it aligns with business goals and fosters a productive partner ecosystem.

• 5+ years in Partner Lead sales role.
• Track record in building and nurturing business partner relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM and Vendor Management Tools.
• Technical acumen in databases and DevOps.
• Creative and dynamic approach to program development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in performance management and process optimization.
