Engagement Manager, Professional Services (East) - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Manager leads the implementation of Neo4j technology solutions using traditional, agile, and tailored methodologies. This collaborative technical leader works alongside customers, Neo4j Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services management to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead multiple concurrent projects while coordinating teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Manage project challenges proactively.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers.
• Develop project artifacts including Jira backlogs and Gantt charts.
• Monitor key performance indicators for project success.
• Co-lead Resource Planning Sessions.
• Deliver weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure adherence to financial procedures and guidelines.
• Engage with customer stakeholders for feedback and direction.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience managing complex engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
