Business Consultant (Council Tax & Business Rates) - Remote

Overview

We are recruiting a Council Tax and Business Rates - Business Consultant to join our established Revenues and Benefits, and Central Government Consultancy (RBCG) Team.

In Short

• Provide consultancy and training on NEC Products and Service Implementations.
• Deliver consultancy/training on-site and remotely.
• Carry out presentations/demonstrations for delegates.
• Contribute to the development of new consultancy offerings.
• Make recommendations for best use of NEC software.
• Ensure effective delivery of consultancy and training.
• Assist with product development and user groups.
• Deliver quality seminars to large customer groups.
• Extend knowledge of relevant legislation and NEC products.
• Support management decisions as needed.

Requirements

• Expertise in NEC Council Tax and/or Business Rates system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• UK Driving license and willingness to travel.
