Business Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Business Consultant, you will be the expert for our product portfolio, ensuring successful integration of our extensive product range with our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and maintain close contact with our customers.

In Short

• Responsible for planning and executing integration projects with customers.
• Support sales with your expertise during kick-off meetings and presentations.
• Provide training and process consulting to optimize the use of TIMOCOM products.
• Ensure optimal alignment of processes and systems, especially with TMS and ERP systems.
• Contribute to budget goals through targeted consulting and strategic upselling.
• Actively relay customer requirements and experiences to product management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in planning and executing integration projects.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of TMS and ERP systems for seamless process optimization.
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Experience in interface design is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally with experience in MS Dynamics or PowerBI.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
• Strong analytical skills.
