• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Communicate professionally with candidates for a positive experience.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruiters with job postings and resume screening.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring teams.
• Track recruitment metrics and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers.
• Assist with offer processes and pre-onboarding activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset.
