Overview

The HR Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining employee data integrity.

In Short

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
• Process employment changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Prepare and update HR documents such as employment contracts and letters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
• Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems.
• Generate HR reports and assist with regular audits.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems.
• Ensure employee files are compliant with policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in updating and distributing HR policies and handbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or operations role.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
