Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Experience with Workday and case management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex inquiries.
• Experience in maintaining knowledge databases.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in data audits and UAT support.
• Ability to suggest process improvements.
