In Short

• Support daily execution of logistics and delivery operations.
• Act as a central point of contact for delivery captains.
• Conduct captain training and manage rostering schedules.
• Address captain inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Oversee live operations and monitor captain shifts.
• Collaborate with the performance team on KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Flexible availability based on operational needs.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools.
