• Handle Stock Issue Tickets and Licensing Tickets.
• Assist in order processing and reporting tasks.
• Share pricing quotes and communicate with other teams.
• Check timelines and licensing-related questions.
• Upload proofs to licensing portals.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Operations/Logistics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to work on complex tasks under tight timelines.
• Decision-making ability without direct supervision.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
