1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.

Headway was founded in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 45,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. In Short

• Design and build foundations for a variety of 0-1 initiatives within the Operations function.
• Drive the build, execution, monitoring & ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in consulting / operations / investment banking or related experience.
• Self-starter with a focus on clarity and execution.
• Highly data-driven with the ability to translate analyses into actionable insights.
• Collaborative and accountable for business results.
• Systems thinker inclined to solve problems with product and automation.
• Passionate about growing and developing a team.
