Associate - HR Operations - Remote

Overview

The Associate - HR Operations will provide global HR service center support, ensuring inquiries are managed and customers are serviced according to service level agreements and policies.

• Provide tier 1 customer experience in HR transactions.
• Log and manage HR cases using ServiceNow.
• Act as a point of contact for staff and managers.
• Support the maintenance of the knowledge database.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years experience in HR operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail in processing transactions and data.
• Experience with case management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex inquiries.
• Knowledge of HR policies and systems.
• Experience with Workday is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in creating and running reports.
• Experience in knowledge management practices.
