HR & Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources & Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting both the Human Resources and Operations teams by providing administrative, coordination, and data management support.

In Short

• Prepare and maintain employee records and databases.
• Support the HR department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post position openings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide orientation to new employees and explain company policies.
• Assist the team with operations-specific tasks and short-term projects.
• Maintain and update corporate documents to ensure compliance.
• Assist with the development of flowcharts and process documents.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher level of education.
• Previous experience working in a remote environment.
• Extensive experience with MS Office Suite.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful situations.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
