In Short

• Administer the company’s equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and other incentive plans.
• Work with the broker to ensure day-to-day operations of the Employee Share Plan.
• Maintain accurate records of equity transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide reports and required documentation to plan participants.
• Collaborate with the payroll team.
• Prepare payroll reports related to share plan transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of share plan processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native or fluent English.
• Experience managing Employee Share Plans across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of share plan administration.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and reporting tools.
