  • Engage with sports administrators to improve their organizations using SportsEngine software.
  • Conduct 80+ customer interactions daily through various communication channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry and sales strategy.
  • Build relationships with Sales Representatives for territory success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Embrace feedback and adapt strategies for sales opportunities.
  • Help develop outreach strategies to create sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with timely follow-through.
  • Empathetic and solutions-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-starter who embraces change and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to accept coaching and feedback.
