In Short

• Oversee all aspects of technical onboarding for new customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers’ IT teams during onboarding.
• Manage and prioritize multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Provide expert technical advice and support to the Customer Success team.
• Hands-on technical integration efforts and testing procedures.
• Represent the technical aspects of the Navina platform in customer interactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless communication.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in a customer-facing Integration/Implementation Engineer role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with debugging web applications.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare industry.
