Overview

The Sales Director will play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding relationships with health plan clients across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Deep understanding of health plan operations and supplemental benefits.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, matrixed environment.
