Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of business-related software applications.
• Understanding of the Utility or Telecom industries.
• Knowledge in instructional design principles.
• Experience in developing learning resources in multiple delivery methods.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and video creation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge in project management best practices.
• Ability to collaborate across divisions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
