Overview

The Sr. Director of WH Strategic Accounts will manage a Team of Hospital Regional Directors and Strategic Account Managers to lead our Women’s Health major account management strategy and sales goals. The individual will be responsible for managing, developing and executing strategies to enhance relationships with the Women’s Health Key Service Line Influencers within Healthsystem and Private Equity Accounts, driving prenatal test volume and revenue growth, retention and ensuring provider and patient satisfaction. This role is critical in positioning Natera as a trusted partner and advisor to our most significant customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Women’s Health Service Line Leaders.
  • Lead a team of strategic account managers for exceptional service delivery.
  • Focus on key Women’s Health Service Line Call Points.

  • Analyze market trends for new opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare business reviews.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Accounts or Business Development.
  • Preferred 3 years successful sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts.
  • Collaboration with internal organizations.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen in HealthSystem/Provider KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market knowledge and experience in Women’s Health preferred.
