Overview

Account Managers at Nx own the relationship with our Enterprise customers, managing renewals and driving expansion while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and best practices are followed.
  • Lead contract renewal efforts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate demos and reviews.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding.
  • Attend customer check-in meetings.
  • Work closely with Developer Productivity Engineers.
  • Drive account expansion activities.
  • Own the lifecycle of renewal and expansion contracts.
  • Travel is required for this position.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling or managing software developer tooling.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to present business cases effectively.
  • Willingness to travel.
