Narvar is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our Post Delivery Experiences platform, ensuring clients and internal teams can effectively understand and utilize our products.

In Short

• Create and maintain high-quality product documentation.
• Author and publish product release notes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
• Establish and uphold documentation quality standards.
• Manage the documentation lifecycle.
• Solicit feedback to improve documentation quality.
• Organize and maintain the documentation repository.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown).
• Experience managing API documentation is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive learner of new product functionalities.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail technology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
