Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Director to lead our efforts in the connector’s domain at Nano Dimension, focusing on defining the strategic product direction for printed connectors.

• Lead market strategy and roadmap definition for connector-related applications.
• Engage with customers to gather technical and commercial requirements.
• Define and maintain MRDs aligned with market needs.
• Benchmark competing technologies and articulate unique value propositions.
• Build and manage partnerships across the connector supply chain.
• Drive strategic customer engagements and manage contract negotiations.
• Support sales teams with value-based messaging and collateral.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing or business development in the connector space.
• Deep technical knowledge of interconnect systems.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience with companies like TE Connectivity, Molex, or similar.
• Strong understanding of connector design rules and standards.
• Proven ability to write clear MRDs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
