Order, Admin & Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Order, Admin & Operations Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis (with an opportunity for extension or transition to permanent work). This role is essential in ensuring smooth business operations, order fulfilment, and administrative efficiency.

In Short

• Process invoices and prepare them for payment in SAP.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Manage import/export operations, including spare parts, machines, and samples.
• Coordinate daily shipments from the office.
• Monitor stock availability in the German warehouse.
• Communicate with clients regarding orders, shipments, and inquiries.
• Track order-to-delivery processes in Salesforce.
• Manage orders for new product batches.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Hybrid work model (minimum three days in the office).

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, operations, and order management.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in import/export and logistics is a plus.
