  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Provide training and demonstrations to customers.
  • Document customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
  • Assist in developing support documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years in technical customer support.
  • 3 years in field service or related technical roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with test equipment and technical documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • US citizenship highly desired.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 50%-70% of the time.
