Overview

The Customer Experience Manager will align the goals of external partners with the Nabis Mission while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for external communications.
  • Monitor and respond to communications across various platforms.
  • Manage and develop customer experience associates.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new brands.
  • Address escalated issues and ensure resolution.
  • Standardize communication processes with brands.
  • Conduct post-mortems on escalated situations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners.
  • Provide insights on brand performance and inventory management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership.
  • Understanding of the cannabis industry.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new software.
  • Experience with de-escalation and client retention.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
