Senior Brand Payments Associate - Remote

Overview

Nabis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Brand Payments Associate (contract position) to manage key processes within the Brand Payments function, providing guidance and resolving escalated issues.

In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates.
• Reconcile and analyze retailer payments due to brands.
• Manage Zendesk tickets for brand inquiries.
• Support day-to-day operations and payment processes.
• Participate in and lead calls with brand partners.
• Collaborate on special projects and process enhancements.
• Conduct quality reviews of team members' work.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Stay adaptable to new tools and systems.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems; QuickBooks is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn.
