Nabis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our dynamic accounting team. The Accounting Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Operations function.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounting operations.
• Streamline and optimize cash application and payment reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement automation tools.
• Conduct training sessions for the accounting team.
• Develop and implement internal controls and processes.
• Coordinate various ad hoc accounting projects.
• Collaborate with Brand Payments for financial transitions.
• Perform periodic reviews of financial records.
• Collaborate with the legal team for compliance.
• Oversee invoice generation and revenue reconciliation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in accounting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting operations processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
