Overview

Nabis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our dynamic accounting team. The Accounting Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Operations function.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounting operations.
• Streamline and optimize the cash application and payment reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify and implement automation tools.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the accounting team.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and processes.
• Coordinate and oversee various ad hoc accounting projects.
• Collaborate with Brand Payments during brand onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform periodic reviews to confirm clearance of uncleared checks.
• Collaborate with the legal team for compliance and accounting treatment.
• Oversee invoice generation and revenue reconciliation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in accounting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting operations processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficient in using accounting software, including QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
