In Short

  • Handle escalations from Product Support, providing advanced technical assistance.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues across n8n’s ecosystem.
  • Support Enterprise Standard customers with procedural troubleshooting and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve product issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and build internal playbooks.
  • Improve knowledge bases and enable Tier 1 Support with better documentation.
  • Serve as a technical mentor to Product Support Engineers.
  • Work in a remote-first environment with a diverse team.
  • Contribute to the growth of a high-impact Tier 2 function.
  • Participate in a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support or solutions engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n workflows.
  • Proficient in debugging APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of networking basics and PostgreSQL troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with observability tools is a plus.
  • Comfort with on-call readiness is a plus.
