Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer or product analytics within B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, and usage tracking.
• Highly skilled in SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience with dbt, Looker, or similar analytics stacks.
• Understanding of modern data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Experience with predictive modeling and churn forecasting.
• Strong business acumen in self-service and sales-enabled SaaS models.
