Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer quoting and ordering, developing long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive buyer experience.

In Short

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
• Work with the Sales team to onboard new clients.
• Coordinate with parties to forecast stocking needs.
• Oversee customer account management and negotiate contracts.
• Provide timely and accurate quotations and order placements.
• Act as a client advocate to improve the buyer experience.
