Operations Optimization Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Operations Optimization Specialist at MyEyeDr. will support process optimization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency within the Internal Operations team. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of scalable processes, data analysis, and project implementation that enhance support functions for field operations. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally, conduct research, and help develop solutions that improve efficiency at the office level. This role reports to the Director, Operations Optimization.

• Work with field teams to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Assist in monitoring process adoption and compliance.
• Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Track and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
• Travel up to 10% of time may be required.
