Overview

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will support Australians on the road, ensuring they stay safe and moving by providing reassurance and fast solutions during critical moments.

In Short

  • Full-time position with a 3-week rotational roster.
  • Hybrid working environment, primarily remote but occasionally in-office.
  • First point of contact for NRMA Roadside Assistance.
  • Work hours between 5am and midnight, including public holidays.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented approach required.
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills needed.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to navigate complex systems.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous work style preferred.
  • Team player mindset essential for connecting with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous contact center experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls effectively.
  • Resilience and adaptability to navigate change.
  • Can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
