Overview

This is a high call volume Full-Time "work from home" position providing customer service support to health plan members.

In Short

  • Handle inbound calls from health plan members regarding transportation services.
  • Meet productivity metrics including Average Handle Time and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols for member protection.
  • Escalate concerns to contact center leadership.
  • Minimum 6 months of inbound contact center or healthcare experience required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have a secure, quiet workspace.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are essential.
  • Moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word is necessary.
  • Must adapt to high call volume.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to sit for long periods while wearing a headset.
  • Download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps required.
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) required for job functions.
