In Short

  • Full-time remote customer service role.
  • Manage communications to ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to residents.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Build sustainable relationships with community members.
  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends.
  • Meet personal and company KPIs/OKRs.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments as necessary.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking).
  • Customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Great problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Impeccably organized and capable of improving processes.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Experience with multiple communication channels (calls, chats, emails).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new systems and platforms.
