• Answer incoming calls from customers and handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused and able to handle difficult customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
