In Short

• Lead the productization of ML models using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists on ML Proof of Concepts.
• Manage the full ML model lifecycle for performance optimization.
• Act as a bridge between Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Research new tools and frameworks for state-of-the-art solutions.
• Document findings and share best practices within the team.
• Design solutions addressing use cases and provide guidance.
• Lead teams and assist in code development and reviews.
• Participate in hiring processes and technical interviews.
• Engage with customers to understand project scope.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering and Development experience.
• Strong background in building data pipelines for analytics or ML.
• Experience in team leadership and client interactions.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Ability to implement customer technical requirements.
• Experience with Modern Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
• Proficiency in distributed data pipelines using Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with the Hypermodern Python Stack.
• Advanced level of Spanish.
• Nice to have: AWS or GCP management experience.
