Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Trellix is responsible for driving customer loyalty and adoption of Trellix Solutions, ensuring a successful experience and promoting retention.

In Short

  • Drive customer loyalty and adoption of Trellix Solutions.
  • Consult with customers at all levels to articulate the value of solutions.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build customer-specific success plans for onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales for account transition and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify risks to customer success and mitigate as needed.
  • 5+ years of customer engagement experience required.
  • Strong customer orientation and project management skills needed.
  • University degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer engagement/account management.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions or enterprise software.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver value.
  • Experience with enterprise clients.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
