Join MUBI's global team as a Weekend Customer Support Agent, helping to manage customer inquiries and enhance the streaming experience for subscribers across LATAM.

In Short

Work remotely or hybrid if near local offices in LATAM.
Full-time role covering weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays).
Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Assist subscribers with technical inquiries and feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with other departments.
Passionate about film and MUBI's mission.
Experience in navigating complex issues and problem-solving.
Fluent in English and another priority language (Spanish or Portuguese).
Organized, punctual, and patient.

Requirements

Based in LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia).
Fluency in written and spoken English and another language.
Team player with a can-do attitude.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
