Overview

The Business Development Specialist role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and enrolling new automotive workshops into our network, requiring a proactive approach to increase points of sale.

In Short

  • Identify and analyze prospects for eligibility.
  • Assess credit risks and share findings.
  • Generate target outlet lists.
  • Initiate contact via calls, emails, and visits.
  • Present network benefits to prospects.
  • Manage contract and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding with the Business Success Specialist.
  • Conduct experience surveys for feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in automotive.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Strong digital skills and adaptability.
