Overview

The Senior Clinical Site Executive is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance for clinical study sites, acting as the primary contact throughout the research process.

In Short

  • Accountable for performance and compliance of assigned clinical research sites.
  • Acts as the primary site contact and manager during all study phases.
  • Develops strong relationships with clinical sites to ensure continuity.
  • Performs monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulations and protocols.
  • Coordinates tasks with other roles to achieve site readiness.
  • Conducts various site visits and maintains accurate reports.
  • Communicates effectively with investigators and site staff.
  • Identifies and resolves performance or compliance issues.
  • Contributes to the identification of new clinical research sites.
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for monitoring processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical site management and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and regulatory documentation.
  • Experience in clinical trials and pharmacovigilance.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license may be required.
