Intern, D&L Trade Compliance Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The person is expected to support the distribution & logistics trade compliance team in data gathering, reporting, analytics, and audit.

In Short

• Create standard templates for data collection
• Work with external partners to collect and organize data
• Benchmark performance data
• Audit freight forwarders’ documentation
• Assist in monthly reporting for customs compliance data analysis
• Generate reports for management review
• Support project implementation and SOP development

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors or equivalent
• Proficient with complex data analysis using MS-Excel
• Knowledge in Air & Ocean Freight forwarding/ Customs compliance is an advantage
• Good organization skills
• Responsible and meticulous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
