TA Data Analyst Intern - Remote

Overview

As a TA Data Analyst Intern at SentinelOne, you will support the design, delivery, and automation of recruiting metrics and dashboards while analyzing recruiting data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations team.
• Analyze recruiting data for trends and gaps.
• Maintain TA data pipelines and reporting tools.
• Gather reporting requirements from TA stakeholders.
• Assist with data requests for recruiting leadership.
• Work on TA analytics maturity projects.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in People Analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with datasets.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel; SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for data insights.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition or HR technology is a plus.
